We accept pets after previous agreement.
Use of the big air-condition unit in the Big Apartment for 6-7 is optional and costs an extra 10 Euro/day.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
No fee charged if cancelled 21 days before arrival date.
Cancelled within 14 days before arrival will result in the first two nights charge.
In case of Non Show a 50% penalty is applied on the total amount of the reservation.
NON REFUNDABLE
Please note, if cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
